  Horrible Experience.....the owner l spoke to on the was pleasant at first taking my order and l paid for the cupcakes for my daughter's Baby Shower which it is in a couple of weeks from now. She gave me her first standard quote per dozen cupcakes price which was fine.
  When l arrive at the shop, my daughter decided to add sprinkles, which the owner said she could do no problem, it was extra l paid for as well. This was a family event. What brought the change to the order, her husband disagreed with the sprinkle toppings and wanted the cupcakes without it, even though my l paid extra. So l called the owner to see if the order could possibly change to take off the spinkles.
  
  The owner had no problem with that, but when l asked her about the refund difference or store credit(if approved by the owner is what the receipts said) the owner suddenly was very rude and obnoxious about the situation! She hurt my feelings so bad, l couldn't even get a word in to say what l had to say. The last thing she told me she will cancel my order and refuse to do the cupcake order! My daughter is pregnant and was absolutely DEVASTATED!! I could NOT believe the way she was acting so UNPROFESSIONAL over the phone at me, smh. Of course at the end of the coversation, she let it be known she wasn't giving my money back so l hung up and took my business elsewhere. $150.00 worth of cupcakes she kept of MONEY. Be careful placing your order here. I will never do business with this bakery again!

  My daughter told me her brother in law had his wedding cake made by Addy Cakes, well my 2nd daughter was visiting and decided to visit the bakery that had so many people a"Hooping and Hollarin" about the premium taste and variety of these cupcakes. My daughters sampled many varieties and found the quality and consistency were always undeniably superb! In saying that, my daughter soon returned back to NJ and through the airport and TSA ...mashed the cupcakes..when I got to taste those mashed up cupcakes, I was totally taken in. NJ is known for the many bakeries and breads here. This cupcake is equal to none, it's in a class by itself. The best I have ever eaten! The closest of quality would be that of La Bomboneir only. !!Fan far Away!!!

  The cupcakes in this shop are SO rich and delicious. You can taste the difference quality ingredients make in every bite. The bakers have cute and creative ideas, my kids were so thrilled by the birthday cake displays. They were kind enough to let us sample the cupcakes with cookies on the bottom, which was good for them but not so good for my diet and exercise routine! We ended up bringing home a 6-pack and sampling a bunch of flavors. I would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone who wants delicious high quality desserts for any occasion: birthday, holiday, Thursday afternoon snack!
